When Spring in approaching, I take this time to not only spring clean my home, but also my diet.  Less variety of foods and less ingredients, means easier to digest.  This Simple Spring Smoothie is on of my go-to’s that everyone loves.  ITs just almond milk, ice, strawberries and a banana!
