Who has issues with dairy?  Almost everyone to some degree, right? I just discovered the most delicious non-dairy cheese by Daiya!  The sell it in slices for sandwiches or in blocks to be served as an appetizer. Check it out!

I just can’t get enough of The Plantpowr Way recipe book!  It’s my go-to anytime I’m stuck on what to make.   Tonight I made these UnTuna Wraps using ingredients like walnuts, olives, and relish instead of fish!

Happy Meatless Monday! One of my guilty pleasures is this pasta salad. Whole wheat pasta has 7 grams of protein per serving and with the addition of garbanzo beans, this meal becomes a high protein delight! Added veggies also make this one high in fiber!
