Spelt Flour Pasta

I love trying different whole grain pasta dishes out on my family.  They are much healthier than white pasta and have great texture.  Tonight I used spelt flour pasta (it’s a whole grain and higher in protein), tossed in sauted minced garlic and olive oil with spinach and tomatoes.
