Green Smoothies are SO healthy!  Did you know they contain calcium, iron, protein, vitamin C, folic acid and numerous other vitamins and minerals?  To make this one grab a bunch of kale or spinach and add 1 banana, 3 slices pineapple, 2 stalks celery, 5 slices cucumber and unsweetened almond or coconut milk with lots of ice and load into your vitamix.
